Move saved games between computers

Hello HelpDesk!
is there a way to save a game and then take the file of the saved game and put it on another computer so i can continue the saved game on a different computer?
or any other way to achieve this?

Yup, you just go to the location of your save file (C:/Users/yourname/SavedGames/PokemonUranium) and copy the rxdata file to your USB. When you move the file to your new computer make sure to place it in the same location on your new computer or else the game won't recognize it.
