No PokemonUranium.exe?

Hello people, I saw this on imgur today, and I wanted to try this game out! So I downloaded it and it ran just fine, but when I exited, I didn't know how to get back onto the game. After some snooping and looking at the FAQ, I excluded my folder from Malwarebyte Antimalware, and then tried to re-install. After closing out of it, I was not able to locate a PokemonUranium.exe
pls help?

tl;dr no pokemonuranium.exe found

also, I tried to save in the first one, it was fine, tried saving in the re-installed one, it said save failed.

It's just called Uranium.exe.
