Chemistry?

Because this game has many names that are chemistry based, I feel that it would be appropriate to implement this in some way.

Mount Lanthan/Actan can have volcanoes shaped like flasks, Urayne could have some sort of special weather effect like sandstorm (but only nuclear types are immune), and some references here and there. Any reference would have to rather simple, so I can see why it wouldn't be implemented.

P.S.
These designs/areas might be completely finished at this point, rendering most of this useless. If so, what else is left to theorize on?

There are lots of references to chemistry in the game already. In addition to Urayne being codenamed 092 (the atomic number of Uranium), and Lanthan and Actan being references to the Lanthanide and Actinide series of elements, there is also Praseopunk and Neopunk, who are named after Praseodymium and Neodymium, the "twin" elements:

Chemistry is about much more than just bubbling flasks with mysterious liquids. Even though a lot of the science is fabricated -- this being Pokemon -- there's a lot of factual basis if you know where to look.

I thought they were based off of Daft Punk. But I guess there's more to it.
