did the friendship reset after the patch ? because my munna dont evolve after 3 massages and 70 lvl ups

A lot of things have been changed in recent patches and the wiki has not been updated yet to reflect that.

Pufluff evolves to Alpico with Higher Defense at level 35 or Anderind with Higher Attack at level 35
