Could anyone help me get Gamma Ray on my Nucleon?

I recently (as of a few hours ago) evolved my Eevee into a Nucleon, sadly I am not very far in the game and do not possess the proper shards and such to get him a proper move set. Is anyone out there that could possibly help me teach it Uproar and take it to the Move Releaner to have it remember Gamma Ray? If you can please help? I don't have much to trade but I would be willing to work out a deal

I could help ya.  My nucleon already knows gamma ray. I'm not sure if upraor is available yet but if it is tell how/where to get uproar I would gladly get it, teach it to mine, and trade you nucleons

Could you tell me a bit about your Nucleon? Like level or IV's? Or nature?

Max sp. def iv
attack is 25
def. 16
sp. atk 6
and speed is 14.
If you would prefer I could go ahead and catch and breed a crazy amount of eevee's to get better iv's.

If you could I would prefer that because Nucleon needs Sp attack IV's and mine if pretty high. It doesn't have to be immaculate or anything but id prefer the IV's be in Sp attack, HP and Speed with a Sp attack boosting nature

Yeah sure, just be patient cause this week is crazy amount of work in school but once the weekend reaches I will have more time again
