Question about Eevee

This is just a really simple question about Eevee, and I am asking here because I could not find an answer. I am planning on using a Sylveon on my playthrough of this game, and I found out that there were 2 ways to get Eevee:
1. Gift from a person
2. Rare encounter on Route 13
i would like to know what level the gift Eevee is, as I am not to the part of the game where you obtain it, to see if it would be better to use it or catch one in the wild.

the eevee which you will get as a gift is lvl 20 and the eevees on route 13 are lvl 25 - 35 i think

How can I get a Nucleon?
And how much it takes to have a umbreon and espeon?

you get nuclean if you lvl up an eevee while an nuclear pokemon is in your team

for umbreon and espeon you need friendship and lvl up them by day / night (use vitamines and massages(beachside resort and casino)) ;dont let them die because it would decrease the friendship

for espeon i needed like 45 lvl and for umbrean only 25 lvl ( but i started both at lvl 1)

sidequest or mainquest you will fight against wild nuclear pokemons .... catch one

I got a nuclear pokemon through wonder trade early on, so you can also try that if you have extra pokemon to trade away.

I think it was a Barand. I did this back when I started playing in January though.

Thank you guys. I'm a Eevee-lution fan. I always try to have every evolution of Eevee in a game. But I pthink I missed my chance to get a nuclear pokemon. I finished the game already and I don't kno how I can catch a nuclear pokemon. :'(
